Pine Point is in collaboration with the Chicago Metropolitan Ski Council for a great weekend of skiing and optional racing at Ski Brule!

 

Early Season Trip package PRICE: $317 Per Person:
Includes 2 Nights Lodging, 2 Brule breakfast, 2 Day Lift Ticket, Homestead BBQ dinner Saturday night, Sleigh Ride, Music & Dancing.
And the most fun you’ll have anywhere, with the best early season snow!

This resort which is just into the Upper Peninsula of Michigan on the west side of Lake Michigan has always been a fun destination. They estimate a NOVEMBER opening day. Racing is optional and requires you to coordinate with Brule directly. See contact info below.

 

AMENITIES
There is a full service bar, restaurant, music all on site. The Saturday night Homestead BBQ is fantastic fun. The old homestead building part way up the mountain is the location for a BBQ dinner with transportation in a large open sleigh pulled by a snow grooming machine. The package also includes 2 days lift tickets, 2 nights lodging and 2 breakfasts in the main lodge.

 

LODGING
Pine Point has reserved rooms in the Pioneer Lodge, which is literally across the street from the main lodge and lifts. You can walk across the street in your ski boots if you want. We have a limited number of spaces, so get yours locked in soon. If we have enough interest and sell out, we have the option to add more rooms (if they are still available). It has TWO HOT TUBS, so bring your SWIMSUIT.

The resort is full service, with lessons, rentals and a ski shop for gear and clothing sales. Contact Brule directly for lessons, gear rentals and racing information.

THIS WILL BE A CARPOOL TRIP
Brule is located 330 miles or a 5-hour 15-minute drive from O'Hare. We will use the comments section to coordinate anyone wanting to join a carpool or offer rides. Drive up Friday afternoon/evening determined by the people in your carpool and home on Sunday after you finish racing/skiing. 397 Brule Mountain Rd, Iron River, MI 49935 is the address for your GPS.

 

TO GO ON THIS TRIP:
You must first be a Pine Point Ski and Snowboard Club member; dues are $30 individual. Family membership is $50.
Also required completion of two (2) online forms.

$317 gets you the weekend package. Adding dues to the total is ok.
