Northern lower Michigan is THE place in the Midwest to enjoy a variety of ski experiences. We will be hitting two of the best ski areas: Boyne Highlands, and Boyne Mountain. Both areas have something for everyone, beginners through advanced. XC SKI OPTIONS and services are also available at BOTH Boyne resorts.

We will be staying in a private lodge (room for 40) less than 2 miles from Boyne Mountain. You can see skiers on the mountain from the kitchen of our Lodge.

HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS TRIP:
FIRST you must be a Pine Point Ski Club member; dues are $30 individual and $50 family.
Also required completion of TWO (2) online forms.

2. Trips application and liability waiver form. Check the box for BOYNE, or any other Pine Point trips you plan to take with us this season. Fill out each form only ONCE for the whole season.

OUR private lodge:
3 bunk bedrooms (one men, one women, one co-ed)
5 double bed bedrooms (for couples- 1 shared bed)
Shared bathrooms/showers: upstairs for the ladies and downstairs for gents
Full size kitchen with a large dining area – we will cook our own meals potluck style as well as group shared preparation and clean up responsibilities. A sign-up sheet for everyone to pitch in and help will be set up. Bring food you would like to share with others. Chili or something similar is always good.
Bed Linens are provided, HOWEVER, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS AND SHOWER SUPPLIES.
There will be some housekeeping duties we will need to do while staying at this lodge and before we leave. Clean-up after meals and ongoing trash pick-up are among them.

THIS IS A CARPOOL TRIP: 370 miles from O’Hare to our Lodge, about 5 hour and 33 minute drive. Oak Park Lodge 3050 State Street Boyne Falls, MI 49713 is the address. Carpools will be coordinated via the comments section of the MeetUP posting.

OPTIONAL EXTRA NIGHTS: Thursday 02-06 and/or Sunday 02-09 add $45/night/person to the cost of your trip. Confirm with me no later than 40 days prior to trip.
